We have set up a program that is designed for schools so that we can assist them in protecting every child in their school. We have teamed up with Delisheries which is a fundraising company, they provides cookie dough for fundraising. Every child in a school that sells 3 tubs of cookie dough will receive an ID.

How it works;
1. The school will send the sales information home to the families for a 2 week period of time. In addition to the Delisheries sales brochure there will be a form letter that explains the process. Any parent that has their child participate in the For Your Safety Fundraiser is permitting to their child's information being included on the schools master CDs.
2. The children return the sales sheets to the school, we will then tally the sheets and place the order.
3. The order is received by the school and sent home with the children for delivery.
4. Payment is received for the orders.
There are 2 ways we can handle paying for the orders.
A. The school collects the money and deposits all of the money, we will them bill the school for what is due for the cookies and the ID's. Once payment is received we will set up a date to start the ID process.
B. We can collect the payments from the school after it comes in. Once all of the payments have cleared, we will then add up all of the payments, subtract what is due for the cookies and the ID's and then return a check to the school for the money they made with the fundraiser. We will also set a date to start the ID process when the payment is returned to the school.
5. The information sheets for the ID's will be sent home on a Monday with the students so that the parents can fill them out and return them by Friday.
6. We will visit the school on the dates that have been set. The students that are receiving ID's will then be photographed and fingerprinted. Once the photo's and fingerprints have been completed the ID's will be finished. For large schools the ID's may be completed off site so as not to take up room in your school and to allow our employees to make ID's rather than drive back and forth to your school every day.
7. The children's ID's will be delivered to be school with the original papers that the parents filled out. The school will also receive its Master CD(s) at no additional cost.
